The 19th annual Heikki Lunta Festival took place on Teal Lake Saturday.
The big event was the fishing tournament that attracted many avid fishermen to Teal Lake on a rather chilly day. Some fishermen were out on the lake for the whole seven hour tournament.
"Well it's a little slow for me. I caught one muskie earlier, not too big, but it was fun," said Nate Heist, a participant in the fish.
The Heikki Lunta Bazaar at the Negaunee Senior Center made its return this year as well. The bazaar contained crafts, clothes, and many other wonderful items.
The festival concluded Saturday evening with a bonfire and fireworks display.
