The loud roar of snowmobiles rang through the trails in Schoolcraft County.
The 22nd annual Relic Ride was held in Manistique Saturday. Over 300 classic and newer snowmobiles registered to be a part of the 40-mile journey.
Raffles were held to raise money for the Manistique Humane Society as well as the Walk for Warmth event.
"It's a fundraiser for people in the area that are having a hard time with their heating bills this winter. We've given thousands of dollars over the last 20 some years to recipients in the Schoolcraft County area," said Brad Burnham.
When the event started 22 years ago, the ride contained only snowmobiles from 1973 and earlier. It has since grown to include all snowmobiles, but only snowmobiles from 1973 and earlier are eligible for trophies.
