Strong winds and cold temperatures were not enough to stop folks from ice fishing Saturday.
Around 200 people participated in the 9th annual Jig-It Ice Fishing Extravaganza at Ludington Park in Escanaba. The contest is held every year to benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Bay Area.
Adults and children were split into separate categories.
