Oswalds Bear Ranch in Newberry is hosting Yooper Day on Saturday. It's a chance for people living in the Upper Peninsula to visit them for free.
Oswald's has 27 bears of all ages. But it's the cubs that really bring people in.
According to owner Dean Oswald, "If you get in here and get your picture taken with a cub you're probably one in 3 billion people that's never did it before. That's the world population. I mean there are very few people that get a chance to pet a cub bear and get their picture taken with it."
This is the third year that Oswald's has held Yooper Day. They'll be open from 9:30 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. Saturday.
Be sure to bring along a picture ID to prove residency.
