Old friends are reminiscing about their high school years Friday evening. The Escanaba class of 1964 is holding their 50th reunion at Ludington Park.
They hold a reunion every five years, but this year they did something different. They invited every class from the 60s. The event started with a social hour, and is concluding with a favorite activity from their past: a tennis court dance.
â??When we get together we think of being back in high school and this is something that we used to do once a month when we were young they had a tennis court dance,â?? said reunion coordinator Darlene Anderson. â??Itâ??s bringing back some really good memories.â??
The class of '64 hopes including this favorite past time and inviting other classes will create a fun new memory.
