The Gladstone man who allegedly stabbed his son was scheduled for a pretrial today. After a half hour delay and some deliberation, the court decided his case would be bound over to Circuit Court.
Thomas Hanley is facing assault with a dangerous weapon. This is a felony which carries a maximum time of four years. He is also charged with police officer assault, resist and obstruction. This is a two year felony that carries a maximum fine of $2,000.
Hanley remains lodged at the Delta County Jail and next court appearance has not yet been scheduled.
