Appointment made to Iron Industry Museum Advisory Board

Carol Fulsher of Marquette has been appointed to the Iron Industry Museum Advisory Board by Governor Rick Snyder on Tuesday.

The Iron Industry Advisory Board, housed within the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, is a nine-member board that advises the department on policies and programs concerning the Iron Industry Museum.

"I am confident Carol will be an outstanding board member and will do good work on behalf of the museum and the state," said Snyder.

Officials say that Fulsher will serve the remainder of a four year term, which will be expiring on October 4, 2014.
