      Bakery bandit gets jail time

The man who broke into the Huron Mountain Bakery in Ishpeming will spend one year in the Marquette County Jail.

On March 7, 30-year-old Charles Raymond Elvetici broke into the bakery. His actions were captured on a surveillance camera.

Elvetici was sentenced on Friday morning in Marquette County Circuit Court. On May 10 he pled guilty to one felony count of breaking and entering of a building with intent to commit larceny.

Elvetici was also accused in the theft of a wallet from the Wild Rover Bar in Marquette back in March. He won't face charges from that incident as part of his plea agreement.

Elvetici also owes over a $1,000 in restitution and court costs.
