I f you love one - man plays, make sure you check out "Barrymore's Ghost" this weekend!
S aturday night at 7:30 p . m . , guest artist Richard Figge will perform at the Forest Roberts Theater.
I t's about the life of legendary screen and stage actor John Barrymore, but he's a ghost, haunting a theater. The play is written by Jason Miller.
"John Barrymore was one of the great American actors of the 20th century, and he tells his side of the story. And the story is at one level terribly sad, but it is also very funny," said Figge.
A silent auction will also be part of the evening's festivities. Tickets are $20 for the general public and $10 for students.
All proceeds will benefit the First Nighter's Club, a club dedicated to the students of NMU's theater program.
