Big names buying small town guitars

Since Jeff Neville was young he had two passions in life: woodworking and playing guitar. In 2007, Jeff combined the two, and Neville Guitars was born.

He insists it's something he enjoys doing and continued to say that "everything branched out from there."Jeff and his wife, Danielle, build the custom guitars from the logs to the lacquered finish product with the high-quality wood coming right out of their home sweet home in Hermansville."Some of the guitars that we built we've cut wood right on our own property," explains Jeff. The Nevilles first began building guitar bodies and sold over 500 of them to 17 different countries worldwide and nearly every state throughout the United States. But, that's not all. Neville Guitars are also a major hit within the music industry."Did one for Brad Paisley, Gary Hooker, who plays in Brad Paisley's band, Dave Haywood of Lady Antebellum...The Band Perry," Jeff says. These carefully crafted guitars run anywhere from $1500 to $2200, and anyone looking to purchase one will have to be patient."Right now we're backed up about eight to ten weeks," Jeff explains. "If you want to order a guitar, you can go to the website, contact me through there, put a few bucks down and we can get rollin' on a guitar for ya."
