People in Marquette got another taste of the blues Tuesday night at the Peter White Public Library.
Kirsten Gustafson and Dave Ziegner took listeners on a journey through the roots of American jazz and blues music with their performance.
"One of the cool things about jazz and blues is that wherever you go in the world, if people know jazz or musicians do, you can all work together even if you don't speak the same language because you speak that language," said Gustafson.
The program was part of the Bluesday Tuesday series at the Peter White Public Library, cosponsored by the Marquette Area Blues Society. The two artists have also recently put out an album entitled "So Many Stars".
