Mon, 25 Mar 2013 05:18:08 GMT — The TV6 Spring Craft Show wrapped up in Escanaba Sunday.Several hundred people came in Sunday for last minute purchases. Around 2,500 total visitors came to the show over the weekend to shop at the dozens of tables. They offered all kinds of handmade crafts like clothes, candles, and even baked goods.Tom and Penny Maddux travel from Prescott downstate to sell their friendship breads and handmade wooden items. They have been coming to every TV6 craft show for nearly 20 years."The people up here in the U.P. are so nice. The bread sells fairly good up here; the wood products do, too. We love to get away up here. We come up here during the summer when we aren't doing craft shows even. It's just a great place to be up here," said Tom Maddux.The next TV6 craft show will be the Mother's Day Craft Show at the Superior Dome in Marquette from May 10 to 12.
