      Break-in suspect may face 10 years in prison

      A decade behind bars is the possible fate for an Iron River man who allegedly broke into and robbed a Caspian gas station.

      Twenty-three-year-old Kyle Remer was immediately arraigned and bound over to circuit court on Monday in Iron County District Court.

      The breaking and entering count carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in jail, and the larceny count carries a maximum penalty of four years. Remer will be back for a pretrial on August 5 at 9:30 a.m.ã??
