A Marquette man accused of breaking into Elaine's Place in Ishpeming entered a plea in court Monday.
James Haack, 33, pled guilty to one count of breaking and entering with the intent of larceny.
It happened in the early morning hours of September 3.
Haack admitted he threw a rock through the window of the business in order to steal money.
This is Haack's fourth felony offense.
Sentencing has been scheduled for December 20 at 8:30 a.m.
