      Break-in victim offers reward

One victim in a series of camp break-ins in the Kenton area is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those involved in the incidents.

During the month of June, approximately 15 to 20 camps were broken into, with items ranging from four wheelers to lawn equipment being reported stolen.

Paul Jarski, one of the victims, is offering a $1,000 reward. Jarski will be handling the reward money directly, as he is not affiliated with the Michigan State Police. Contact information for Jarski will be provided if credible information is received.

Anybody with information about these incidents is asked to contact Trooper Cleary and/or Trooper Butler at the Calumet Post of the Michigan State Police at 906-337-5145.
