A partial building collapse in downtown Negaunee has streets closed down Monday evening.
The west wall of the Old Sundberg building collapsed Sunday night, forcing authorities to close down Tobin and Iron Streets.
It's believed the collapse is a result of heavy snow accumulation on the roof and old age.
The building was condemned by the city years ago, so it wasn't occupied at the time. No one was injured.
The Sundberg building, in the past, has been home to a furniture store and a community youth center. It's currently being used for storage.
