A cabin caught fire at the Pines Resort in Copper Harbor early Saturday morning.
Copper Harbor firefighters say though it did minimal damage inside, the structure is badly charred.
Firefighters got the call around 3 a.m. on July 5. The scene was cleared around 4:30 a.m., but crews were called back out at 8 a.m. due to another flare up. The second fire was cleared around 9 a.m.
There were people renting the cabin, though it's unknown if they were inside at the time, but no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is still unknown pending investigation.
