Forty-three-year-old Todd Richard, one of the suspects in a cougar poaching case in Schoolcraft County, is scheduled to return to court for a pre-trial hearing.
His court appearance is scheduled for April 7 in Manistique. Richard is accused of illegally killing a cougar in northeastern Schoolcraft County last December. Both Troy and Theodore Richard have already been in court.
They pled guilty to the same charges earlier this month.
Troy was given 30 days in jail, fines and community service. He also lost his hunting license for this year and the next three years. Theodore was sentenced to two years of probation.
