The cases against six people facing charges in connection with a heroin bust in Iron River are now in Circuit Court. In May, UPSET detectives raided a home on 10th Avenue.
Thirty-one-year-old Joseph Baclich Junior, the owner of the home, was arrested on charges of delivery of heroin. Five other suspects were arrested for the sale of heroin and prescription drugs.
They are 28-year-old Michael Glen Walsh of Iron River, 19-year-old Cami Fittante of Iron River, 38-year-old Amy Marcell of Iron River, 31-year-old Rhonda Nichols of Caspian and 28-year-old Elizabeth Clements of Caspian.
Their cases have been bound over to Iron County Circuit Court. Baclich, Walsh, Nichols and Clements will have pre-trial hearings on July 29. Marcell's pre-trial is set for July 15.
