A Trenary man charged with operating a snowmobile under the influence of liquor causing serious injury will have his case go to trial.
Nathan Curry did not appear in Alger County Circuit Court on Wednesday and did not enter a plea at his pretrial.
Authorities say Curry was unable to stop his snowmobile when the sled in front of him hit a snowdrift. That incident threw two people to the trail.
The woman he hit suffered rib and back injuries and punctured her liver and a lung.
Curry's trial is scheduled for June 28.
