      Dig into reading!

Get ready to dig into reading this summer!

The Peter White Public Library is hosting a variety of fun-filled activities for kids this summer through July. For the youngsters, there's book babies, story time for twos and threes, story and craft time for fours and fives. And for the big kids there's Lego club and little Legos, summer art adventures, and dog night at the library!

On Tuesday at story and craft time for fours and fives, the theme was trucks. Children read about trucks, sang about trucks, and made a truck craft.

"I'm making an ice cream truck and a fire truck," said Ana Alexander, four years old.

"I liked the chicken book because it had red, my favorite color," said Elijah Bush, five years old.
