Don't stay home, 'Pump Up the Dome!'

Don't stay home, help Pump Up the Dome!

Coming up Saturday, February 15, a day of fun and games can be had at the Superior Dome in Marquette.

Northern Michigan University is hosting their annual Pump Up the Dome event from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Over 35 inflatables, games, and activities will be available for children of all ages to come and enjoy. There's even a huge indoor sandbox to play in!

And an entire section of the dome will be dedicated to toddlers, with age-appropriate games.

"Something new that we're going to have at this year's Pump Up the Dome event is a passport which you can go around and get checked off when you participate in games. Once you participate in 20 games or activities, then you can enter for a chance to win some great prizes donated by our department," said Tricia Bush, Recreational Sports Program Manager.

Wristbands are now on sale at the Superior Dome Ticket Office, but will be available at the door the day of, as well.

Tickets are $12 for kids, $7 for children four years and under, and $1 for any adult accompanying a child.
