      Dozens shop at record sale

Several people went home with some vintage tunes on Saturday.

Record collectors from across the Upper Michigan came together for the Marquette Spring Record and Poster Show at NMU.

Dealers had vinyl records dating all the way back 70 years.

They had many popular vinyl's from the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, and others not as mainstream.

Shoppers were also able to get posters, CDs, and other collector items.

People got a good deal with some items selling as little as 50-cents to $40.

"I was just really browsing and then I found my CDs. I got a Lord of the Rings one and I love that whole movie series so that was great. I found Somewhere in Time and that movie is amazing. I was just looking for whatever sparked my interest," said Elizabeth Beaudrie.

The sale is hosted three times a year.

The next one will be in the fall before classes start.
