The Caspian woman involved in the UPSET drug bust in Iron County appeared for pretrial on Monday morning where she entered a plea.
Pursuant to a plea agreement, 28-year-old Elizabeth Clements pled guilty to one count of delivery of Ritalin and one count of attempted buying and selling of non-ferrous metals. All other charges were dismissed by the prosecutor.
Clements?? charges stem from the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET) drug bust in Iron River in May where Clements was one of six involved. Clements will be sentenced on September 23 at 9:30 a.m.
