Pretrials in Iron County Circuit Court for those involved in the drug bust in Iron River ended in many guilty pleas on Monday.

Two did not enter pleas, including Michael Walsh, who did not appear for his pretrial. A bench warrant for his arrest was made. Twenty-eight-year-old Elizabeth Clements did not enter a plea either. She will appear on August 19 for a pretrial on combined charges.

Thirty-one-year-old Joseph Baclich of Iron River pled guilty to two counts of delivering and/or manufacturing a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance. Thirty-one-year-old Rhonda Nichols of Caspian pled guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to one count delivering and manufacturing a controlled substance and one count delivery of heroine.

Nineteen-year-old Cami Fittante pled guilty to one count attempted possession of a controlled substance and one count possession of marijuana.

All three that pled guilty will appear for sentencing on September 9.
