There's no better way to celebrate Easter than with good friends and family. The Wesley United Methodist Church in Ishpeming held their annual Easter dinner on Sunday that started over 15 years ago.
Dinner was free to the public, but donations were being accepted. All of the food was donated to the church for the dinner.
"We love getting to meet new people and we have a bunch of people who help out who just love to come and talk with everyone. It's kind of our motto is fun fellowship and food," said Bria Johnson.
Since the dinner has been such a success in previous years, the church now holds community dinners on the last Friday of every month. The church is also continually looking for new volunteers to help out with the successful dinners.
