After residing at the First Presbyterian Church for 29 years, Marquette Adult Day Services has moved to a new location.
The non-profit organization offers recreational activities and socialization for elderly people with memory loss diseases.
They held an open house Monday at their new home inside the Messiah Lutheran Church, located on the corner of Magnetic Street and Presque Isle Avenue in Marquette.
Adult Day Services say although they will miss their old place, the new area offers more space and is easily accessible.
"We're really here so that people with Alzheimer's Disease and other types of memory loss can come socialize and get some activities, and then their caregivers can get a break while they're here," said Melissa Luttrell, Executive Director for Marquette Adult Day Services.
