Jeffrey Farrey, father of the presumed dead five-month-old Jackson, allegedly told his father the baby choked to death, then was buried by wife and mother, Jenna Farrey, reports the Alamogordo Daily News.
After 30 days, documents have been released containing information found while using a warrant to search the Farrey familyâ??s home, car, cell phones and Facebook accounts.
The family of four, reported missing after Jeffrey went AWOL, were found in Escanabaâ??s Eagles Nest Motel last November.
The surviving son, 19-month-old Blake Farrey, has transferred from Michigan Child Protective Services to El Paso, reports the El Paso Times. Michigan Child Protective Services were unable to comment on the case.
Jeffrey is scheduled to attend a status hearing on Jan. 15 and go to trial on Oct. 3 in the 384th District Court of El Paso County.
