The 5th annual Finn Fun Day was celebrated Saturday at the Negaunee Township Hall.
Finnish food, Finnish clothing, Finnish wares and perhaps most importantly Finnish music and dancing were featured at the event.
The U.P. League of Finnish American Societies president said the event was intended to celebrate not only Finnish heritage, but also Finnish traditions.
"This is what we try to do, is promote and preserve the Finnish heritage...The Finn from many years back. The current Finn's are...much more modern." said president Ronald Hill.
Hill estimated that 300 people visited the event throughout the day.
