Sun, 30 Jun 2013 05:00:30 GMT — Hundreds of people traveled to Rock Saturday for fun and to support charities. The Rock Lions Club and the Rock Senior Center hosted the inaugural "Rock Country Fair and Classic Car Show." The Car Show was the main attraction with dozens of cars on display. The fair also featured a craft show full of local vendors, and there were plenty of games for the children. "It's wonderful. Good place for the kids, good times for everybody. The car show is really bigger than I thought it would be. There's a lot of people here, the weather is starting to cooperate. We're having fun," said Bonnie Lippens, visiting from Escanaba. The fair is a massive fundraiser. Money raised will be used to support several local and regional charities.
