The man who exposed himself to women last summer was sentenced to probation on Thursday.
Twenty-eight-year-old Chase Rowe was sentenced to 12 months probation and 55 days of differed jail time.
The Texas man was charged with indecent exposure by a sexually delinquent person. Police say Rowe exposed himself to two women last July.
It happened while they were walking down the bike path between Fair Avenue and Wright Street. In court, Judge Kangas asked Rowe what lead to his actions.
"I've just been struggling up here with this weather change and just the mood and ever since my alcohol charge I've just been kind of depressed, just been struggling with living up here," said Rowe.
Rowe will also have to pay $1,100 in court fees. He's scheduled to serve seven days up front in the Marquette County Jail.
