This week's FOX UP Hidden Treasure is a look at the Mountain View Lodges and Gallery in the Keweenaw.
Everything in the gallery is handcrafted and made on site or by local artists.
Rick Varecha and his wife, Jeni, are the main suppliers of the artwork within the gallery. From nightlights to handmade scarves, if you are looking for something unique to take back home, they might just have what you are looking for.
Rick and Jeni spend the winters creating and the summers selling.
"We've got a lot of good ideas and we can actually make them come to life. My wife does the glass work and she does a spectacular job. She does glass jewelry to glass necklaces," said owner of Mountin View Lodge and Gallery, Rick Varecha.
Rick also does chainsaw carvings and says his biggest sellers are his wooden pumpkins.
The gallery is located in Silver City in Ontonagon County right off of M-64.
