The 57th annual Labor Day Festival is took place this weekend in Ontonagon. Festivities have been going on the whole weekend and bringing the community together.
Sunday's festivities started in the morning with a pancake breakfast. At 2 p.m. the parade rolled into Ontonagon with all kinds of fun floats and marching bands. The parade attracted quite a crowd and even brought in some local supporters.
"I'm the pastor of the Methodist Church here and Rockland and in Greenland and I've got people in the parade from all three of those locations so that and it's just really a treat,?? said parade attendee Bruce Steinberg.
All of the floats were judged before the parade began.
