A Greenland woman was arraigned in Ontonagon Circuit Court Wednesday facing seven charges for possessing, using, and intending to sell controlled substances, methamphetamine and marijuana.
Janet Finley, 55, faces charges of 1) possession with the intent to deliver meth, a 20-year felony, 2) knowingly or intentionally possessing meth, a ten-year felony, 3) possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a four-year felony, 4) knowingly or intentionally keeping or maintaining a building used for keeping or selling controlled substances, a high court misdemeanor, 5) knowingly or intentionally possessing marijuana, a misdemeanor, 6) using meth, a misdemeanor, and 7) using marijuana, a misdemeanor.
Finley stood mute on all charges. The court will enter a not guilty plea on her behalf.
She is currently out of jail on 25 percent of a $25,000 bond. Her next court appearance has not yet been scheduled.
