James Haack, the man who pled guilty to one count of breaking and entering with the intent of larceny, was sentenced Friday morning.
On September 3, he tried to break into Elaine's Place in Ishpeming to steal money by throwing a rock through a window.
He was sentenced in Marquette County Circuit Court to a minimum of 29 months in prison to a maximum of 20 years. He is also expected to pay $500 restitution. This was his fourth felony offense.
