The 73-year-old Gladstone man who allegedly stabbed his son was in court today.
Thomas Hanleyâ??s bond request was revoked by Delta County Circuit Courtâ??s Judge Davis.
Having already served 73 days, Hanley will have to remain in jail for a least one more month.
He is facing assault with a dangerous weapon. This felony carries a maximum time of four years in prison. He is also charged with the two year felony of police officer assault, resist and obstruction.
Hanleyâ??s trial dates are set for July 8 and 9.
