The annual Hiawatha Traditional Music Festival is entering its 35th year of music, dance, and so much more!
This year the festival runs from July 19 through 21 at Marquette's Tourist Park. Eleven local, regional, and national performers will take the stage, spanning a range of musical talent.
The festivities will kick off with a dance Friday night.
A full schedule of activities will take place throughout the remainder of the weekend, including crafts for the kids.
"This year we have something very special that we haven't had for ten years. We actually have everybody's favorite babysitter, which is the beach and the lake, here at tourist park," said Chuck Ganzert, Chair of the Music Committee.
