The Negaunee Historical Society had their annual home tour on Friday. The tour allows interested people to buy tickets for $8 and visit four homes around Negaunee. All of the proceeds go back to support the historical society.
Three of the homes were built at the turn of the 20th century and are located near downtown Negaunee while the fourth is a newer home on Teal Lake.
"At the home will be the owner of the home who will show you through the home, there will also be a couple of docents there who will take your tickets and they will help out the home owner," Vice President of the Negaunee Historical Society Suzanne Morris Said. "It just gives people a flavor of what is in Negaunee."
The home tour was from 1PM until 4PM. The historical society schedules the home tour on the Friday of Pioneer Days every year.
