Two suspects charged in connection with a home invasion in Marquette were arraigned in Circuit Court Friday morning.
One minor who is protected under HYTA pled guilty to count two breaking and entering a building with intent. 20-year-old Devin Landrum of Green Bay pled guilty to one count of second degree home invasion.
Police report that on July 19 the suspects entered the home, concealing their faces with pantyhose, and held the resident at gun point. The resident was bound and assaulted. A large quantity of medical marijuana, guitars and a gun were stolen from the residence.
The minor will be sentenced in court on October 17 after she serves time in Menominee County Jail for a previous charge. Landrum will be sentenced on October 10.
