The bridge connecting two buildings on the NMU campus came crashing down Monday.
It's all part of the demolition of Jamrich Hall.
The old Jamrich roof came down first, over the last couple of weeks.
This week, the indoor walkway is being demolished.
The crosswalk connected Jamrich Hall and the West Science building.
The dismantling of the old Jamrich building is set to begin this week, and will wrap up in the beginning of August.
Many of the furnishings from the building have been re-purposed elsewhere on campus or given to organizations within the community.
The total cost for the demolition is about one million dollars.
