The driver, 18-year-old Christopher Maki, was arraigned on four charges... driving without a license, driving under the influence of marijuana and two counts of fleeing the scene of an accident.
Bond is set at $1,500 cash.

The driver of an SUV that crashed into a north Marquette apartment has turned himself in according to the Marquette City Police Department.
Two people that were in the SUV are recovering from injuries sustained in the crash.
The incident happened at 224 Dobson Place in the Lake Superior Village around 8:30 p.m. Thursday. The SUV went through the side of the apartment building and ended up in the living room. The driver took off on foot. The lone occupant of the apartment was shaken up, but not injured.
No names have been released in the incident.
Marquette City Police are on the lookout for the driver of a vehicle that plowed into an apartment building.
Police were called to 224 Dobson Place in the Lake Superior Village around 8:30 Thursday evening.
The SUV went through the side of the apartment building and ended up in the living room. The resident told TV6 she just got up to go into the kitchen when the car went through the living room. She was shaken up, but not injured.
The driver took off on foot. A passenger in the car complained of a head injury and was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Police say they know the identity of the driver. They're now trying to locate him.
