On Thursday, the jury found 44-year-old Gwinn resident William Meni guilty on seven counts criminal sexual conduct, including first and second degree.
The five-day trial concluded at around 3:30 p.m. Meni was originally charged with eight counts of criminal sexual conduct involving three victims, stemming from events in 1995-1996, 2007-2008, and 2012.
"Those three little lives got their justice," a friend told TV6 with tears in her eyes. "It was a long time coming."
The jury began deliberation on Wednesday afternoon and examined testimony from court for several hours before finally reaching a verdict.
First degree criminal sexual conduct carries a penalty of 25 years to life in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for November 8 at 8:30 a.m. It will be up to the judge if his sentence will be consecutive or concurrent.
