A Kingsford man has been arrested on prostitution charges. After an eight month investigation, the Iron Mountain Police Department arrested 23-year-old Johnathan Vyvyan.
Police say Vyvyan drove a woman to various locations for the purpose of prostitution. He's charged with two counts of prostitution/transporting a female. Both charges are 20 year felonies.
Vyvyan is also charged with failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registration Act which is a four year felony.
He's being held in the Dickinson County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond. Vyvyan will be back in court on May 14 at 9 a.m. CT.
