A Kingsford man facing prostitution charges is now scheduled to return to court in Dickinson County.
Iron Mountain Police Department arrested 23-year-old Jonathan Vyvyan back in May after an eight month investigation.
Authorities say Vyvyan drove a woman to various locations for the purpose of prostitution.
Vyvyan is charged with human trafficking, forced labor, minor commercial sex act, and prostitution - transporting a female for prostitution.
He is also being charged with failure to comply with the sex offender registration act.
He has been scheduled for a jury trial in Dickinson County Circuit Court on November 10.
