The L'Anse Farmers Market is nearing the middle of their season and they"re still going strong.
The farmers market features fresh produce, baked goods, home made fudge, and wood crafts.
The vendors get together for the market every saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on the shores of Lake Superior.
People who buy goods from the market say they like to support local growers.
Vendors say that they pick produce for the market from their garden the day before the farmers market to keep it fresh.
The L'Anse market's season began at the end of June and it will run until mid-September.
