A 23-year-old Iron River man is facing two felony charges regarding a breaking and entering case in Caspian.
The Iron County Sheriff's Department says that it concluded the investigation of the breaking and entering at the Northland Marathon Station in Caspian, resulting in Kyle Remer facing breaking and entering and larceny charges.
Police say that they responded to a burglar alarm on March 25 at the location, finding that the main entrance door had been broken.
Remer was arraigned on Monday in Iron County District Court. His bond was set at $2,500.
