Five explosive devices were removed from an apartment in the City of Menominee on Friday afternoon at approximately 2:45 p.m.
The Menominee Police Department arrested 51-year-old Thomas Bebo, who was allegedly making the devices in his apartment located at 3625 10th Street.
Neighbors of Bebo said he told them he was making explosives which prompted one of them to contact police.
"We obtained a search warrant for the suspected residence, and from there we were able to locate five suspected devices," says Jason McGhee, a police officer with Menominee Police Department.
Bebo was arraigned in court on Monday.
