Man gets jail time after police pursuit

A Green Bay man involved in a police pursuit in Marquette Township in August was sentenced on Friday.

Thirty-seven-year-old Scott Michael Upson pled guilty to a felony of operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to serve six months in the Marquette County Jail.

When he is released, he'll return to Wisconsin to serve six months probation and enter a treatment facility. Upson also has to pay a fine of more than $1,200. The pursuit ended at Wetmore Pond when officers boxed in his vehicle.

Upson was tasered during the arrest.
