The man charged with crashing his vehicle into Ishpeming's Central School building was arraigned in court on Tuesday morning.
Twenty-nine-year-old Joseph Pennala was in Marquette County District Court to face three charges including resisting arrest, failure to stop at the scene of an accident, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
According to the police report, on October 12 Pennala crashed into the auditorium part of the school and went through the wall of a classroom. He then fled on foot before being taken into custody.
Bond for Pennala was set at $15,000 and he is scheduled for pre-trial on November 5 at 11 a.m.
