The second suspect in the Covington armed robbery case from August appeared in Baraga County District Court on Tuesday for his arraignment.
Bernard Fish, Sr. was arrested in Wisconsin early this month. On Monday night, Michigan State Police troopers retrieved him from U.S. Marshalls in Marquette and booked him in the Baraga County Jail.
The 47 year old is facing two counts of armed robbery, two counts of extortion, two counts of unlawful imprisonment, and one count of impersonating a police officer to commit a crime, all of which are felonies. Fish faces a life sentence if convicted.
He is currently in Baraga County Jail under a one million dollar bond. He will appear in court again on November 12.
